Hebrews 12:1-2 since we have so great a large multitude throng of witnesses surrounding us, let us also put aside every hindrance, and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with stamina the race that is set before us, 2 focus our eyes on Jesus, the author who perfected faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Romans 5:12-13 just as through one man’s sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all have sinned 13 for until the Law sin was in the world; but Adam’s  sin wasn’t charged to us when the world had no law. - The Law was given to us so that we would understand that we were sinners. We then were cleansed from sin and made pure in the sight of God because of the blood sacrifice of Jesus released us from the bondage of sin. Sin no longer held us in its gripe.
